During Womens History Month & Minority Mental Health Month in 2021, I co-produced two virtual conferences centering underfunded communities.
Two years later, I’m co-founder of Melanin Minds is a 501(c)(3) non-profit in its fifth year of programming. I help co-produce an annual multi-day conference, multi-city road trips, and bespoke wellness programming.

After launching an app for small businesses, I discovered so many entrepreneurs looking to soak up & exchange expertise.
I curated, produced, marketed, & hosted the virtual She Will Shine conference across YouTube, Instagram, & Clubhouse, celebrating & supporting womenpreneurs.
Melanin Minds Mental Health Conference
Embarking on my second conference production centering mental health in communities of color, my co-founder & I encountered so many therapists & healers looking for their platform.
After co-producing what would become our inaugural annual conference, I became CEO & Co-Founder of Melanin Minds, a 501(c)(3) non-profit. I spearhead all of our marketing and branded presence from our website and merch, to digital marketing and conference design.
